The Work Agents believe success is easier attained with the proper guidance. Work Agents Mentors will offer the guidance that is necessary.
It’s difficult to chart a course down the right path when you don’t have a proper road map. It’s also known that young men who grow up without fathers or mentors to guide them have a higher risk of being incarcerated, join gangs, or face violence. The Work Agents has developed a Mentors network to be there for our candidates along their journey towards a better life.
Interactive Mentors Meetings
- Mentees are given an appointment for an interactive mentor meeting.
- Available Mentors join the online meeting.
- Meeting is scheduled with 1 or several Mentors.
- Mentors ask questions to allow for meaningful dialogue.
- Mentors are assigned to a mentee once mentee is employed.
- Mentors Follow up with Mentee and Employer until Mentee is secure in their new job.
- Mentors and Mentees will be invited to Work Agents men’s summits.
